Melbourne Pollinator Corridor Handbook by Emma Cutting (Digital Version - PDF)
Content
The Melbourne Pollinator Corridor Handbook is a clear, factual, accessible and easy-to-use introduction to native bees, gardening for native bees and street gardening! This handbook is designed to be used time and time again and loved.
It has so far sold thousands of hard copies around Australia and it is so exciting to now offer a digital version as well as the hard copy version.
Though this handbook is written with the Melbourne Pollinator Corridor in mind, a lot of information is transferrable to street gardens and private gardens around Australia. This handbook is great for beginners to native bees, beginners to gardening, street gardeners, schools, community groups….and anyone wanting to create positive change in their patch, private or public.
Designed and written by Emma Cutting (who has drawn on the knowledge of more than 30 specialists and scientists and has experience helping to create more than 100 street gardens for biodiversity), the text is spaced out with lots of awesome pics and the visualisations (by Matt Kurowski) condense many pages of text into one illustration.
Notes on digital copy: A digital copy means no shipping costs AND you get it straight away! Woohoo! Reviews…
“It is a lovely refreshing, practical and informative document; and so inviting to any reader with half a soul. Since most folk have more than half a soul, it should be widely welcome. “ - Max
“I received your handbook in the post and wow thank you! It is so helpful and beautifully put together with all the photos and visuals, and it’s so informative and easy to use. Thank you for all your hard work and commitment to our beautiful native environment.” - Kate
“So well laid out, easy to read, full of great advice and tips with beautiful images. Emma is inspirational, if we all had the same drive and enthusiasm to do something for our community and environment, I feel we would have much fewer problems in this world. Makes me want to move close to the city to reap the benefits of this project. Still... Here is a blueprint for us all to now follow!” - Ricardo
Many thanks for your interest and I really hope you enjoy the book!
