We will need volunteers to help create positive change! To create the Melbourne Pollinator Corridor we will need people who can help maintain and create gardens and also do some admin.

Watering, sweeping, gardening, weeding, chatting, planting, laughing, admin-ing, baking, learning, sending -— all of these skills and more are needed to keep the heart beating in The Heart Gardening Project and connect humans to nature through street gardening.

Oh and you can be a keen beginner or keen experienced professional!

If you want to create a garden that is an official part of the Melbourne Pollinator Corridor, get in touch! Know that there are some criteria involved but we can give you some resources to help. We are aiming for 200 gardens and 18,000 indigenous plants in the ground by the end of 2023 and we would love your help!

You donate and we will create! The Heart Gardening Project helps locals who need gardens- and that’s everyone! But there are people that can’t afford a garden, who aren’t well enough to tend to one, are lacking in funding…or simply in need of some help! We want everyone to be a part of The Heart Gardening Project. Donating a garden to a fellow local is a wonderful thing for you, your neighbour and your community! Thank you so much!
